This song just rips my heart right out of my chest. It's both hopeful and cynical. It's inspiring and mournful. It's lovely and depressing. It's all of those things all at the same time.
There's something about love that's just so difficult, and frustrating. Sometimes I feel like it's not even worth it. But really, there's always that person who gives you hope, who makes you believe, who breaks down those walls and churns up those stomach butterflies.
Love is inescapable... and so worth it. That's what this song says to me.
