Peeing Your Pants After You Have A Baby Isn't Normal

Pelvic Floor Disorders occur in 1 out of every 4 women.

Things like urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, uterine prolapse and chronic constipation are incredibly common.

But just because peeing your pants after you have a baby is a common problem doesn’t make it normal.

And here’s the kicker: 80-90% of women who experience a pelvic floor disorder experience some type of  sexual dysfunction.

Do I have your attention?

On today’s podcast I talk to Dr. Uchenna Ossai. She is uniquely qualified to talk about this, because she is both a pelvic floor physical therapist, and an AASECT certified sex counselor.

Check out today’s podcast episode to learn more about the importance your pelvic floor plays in your overall sexual health and your ability to experience sexual pleasure.
